Private Pay and Insurance

I currently work on a private-pay basis rather than billing insurance directly. Depending on your insurance plan, you may have out-of-network benefits that allow you to submit documentation for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to ask about your specific benefits for couples or family therapy.

Private-pay counseling also allows us to focus on the needs and goals of your relationship without an insurance company determining the length or direction of treatment.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice. If an appointment is canceled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice, the full session fee is charged. I know things come up, so I just like to make sure couples are aware of the policy ahead of time so there are no surprises.
